Beginner Flute
Ages 8-12 | Tuesdays 4:45-5:30 PM | Aug 19-Sep 9
Learn the fundamentals of the flute, including the starting techniques needed, basic music skills, basic note reading, and simple songs, in a fun and supportive environment. No experience required. Perfect beginner workshop if you are starting flute in school this year! Must bring your own instrument.

Beginner Ukulele
Ages 7-9 | Fridays 5:00-6:00 PM | Aug 22-Sep 12
Learn instrument care and basic ukulele skills in this class! Students will practice simple musical concepts, such as note value and rhythm. To apply our new skills, we will be learning three beginner ukulele chords and a song that goes with them. Must bring your own instrument.

Beginner Choir
Ages 11+ | Fridays 7:00-8:00 PM | Aug 22-Sep 12
Explore basic ideas that will give your students confidence to get started in choir this year! Students will discover their vocal ranges, learn warm-ups, and practice beginner music concepts needed to follow along in choral music. We will apply these new skills by learning a simple two-part choral piece.

Beginner Violin
Ages 9-13 | Fridays 5:00-6:00 PM | Aug 23-Sep 13
Come join a beginner group violin class that introduces students to the fundamentals of violin playing in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will learn basic techniques, such as posture, bow hold, note reading, and simple songs while developing listening skills, and ensemble playing. No prior experience is required–just a willingness to learn and have fun! Must bring your own instrument.

Beginner Guitar
Ages 8-12 | Wednesdays 4:00-5:00 PM | Aug 20-Sep 10
Intro to guitar! Perfect for the fresh beginner or anyone just starting! Allow your child to learn the basics of guitar while having fun and making friends. Perfect way for testing the waters to see if guitar is the right fit for your child. Must bring your own instrument.
