1. Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment in classes is subject to availability. Submission of registration does not guarantee placement until confirmed by the Studio.
We reserve the right to:
- Adjust class schedules
- Combine or cancel classes due to low enrollment
- Substitute instructors when necessary
- Modify programs, policies, or pricing at any time
2. Tuition & Payment Policies
- Tuition is due according to the payment plan selected at registration.
- Payments must be made on time to avoid late fees.
- Any declined or returned payments may incur additional processing fees.
- Tuition is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to maintain current tuition may result in suspension of class participation.
3. Withdrawal Policy

- The Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, events, or while on the premises, except as required by law.
Parents/guardians confirm students are physically able to participate.
7. Medical Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, the Studio may seek medical treatment for a student if a parent/guardian cannot be reached. All associated medical expenses are the responsibility of the family.
8. Photo & Media Release
The Studio may photograph or record classes, performances, and events for promotional purposes including:

- Marketing materials
By participating, you grant permission for use of such media unless written notice is submitted requesting exclusion.
9. Website Use
All website content (logos, text, graphics, downloads, resources) is property of the Studio and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
