VOLUNTEERS
We can’t do it without you! We need volunteers to help with backstage supervision, flower sales, ticket sales, etc. Backstage volunteers do not need a ticket to the show. Backstage parents get to watch their children from the wings. It’s an exciting experience!
*Recital Volunteers will receive a FREE comp ticket to the show of their choice as a thank you for volunteering!
Class volunteers need to be present at Dress Rehearsal and Recital. Login to your parent portal to view all available volunteer opportunities.
Descriptions:
Class Volunteer: Helps supervise class backstage at dress rehearsal and recital. You will need to arrive early and be prepared to stay until all students are checked out. We will share a link to our Volunteer BAND app to share additional class details with these volunteers.
Ushers: Scan tickets before show. You will scan on your own device with your camera or with a QR code scanner app.
Backstage Help: We need a few volunteers to help us manage classes lining up and help assist with multiple classes of older students.
Floater: Floaters offer additional support wherever needed.
